MH Internacional Privacy Policy
SECTION 1 - GENERAL INFORMATION
We at MH Internacional are committed to safeguarding your privacy when using our services and platforms. We respect your privacy and are committed to taking all measures to preserve it, so we created this Policy to give visibility to the entire life cycle of your personal data (collection, use, storage, treatment, protection and exclusion) linked to our services.

This document refers to the General Data Protection Law and is intended to make our data collection and sharing policy as clear as possible, informing about the data collected and how we use it. Therefore, it applies to all users and visitors of our sites and services and integrates the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the site.
By using our website / platform, whether you are a student of our courses or not, you declare your EXPRESS CONSENT to be able to store information about you when we deem it appropriate to provide our services, such as:
Information you provide. We may collect data provided by you at registration, such as name and surname, mailing address, email address, payment information, IP address, other online contact information as well as telephone number and other information required in the registration or linked to the media used in login access.
Contents of interest. We may collect content from areas of interest to you when you use our Services, such as when you conduct a survey, access or create content, register an account, create or share comments or content, etc.
Communication. We can record and record all data provided in all communication with our team, whether by email, phone, messages or any other means.
Payment information. When submitting your data for payment, we may collect information about the purchase or transaction. This includes your payment information, such as your credit or debit card details, account and authentication information, as well as billing data, such as full address and name, CPF and CNPJ.

SECTION 2 - PURPOSE: USE OF THIS INFORMATION
By using our websites and platforms you EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE the use of this information for the following PURPOSES:
- Provide, improve and develop the Services available. We use cookies and similar technologies to provide and support our services, by personalizing the shared content, to ensure that the content of the website / platform is relevant.
- Content construction. All content shared, or disseminated, whether through comments, tips or suggestions for improvements, make up the database of the platform enabling the improvement and knowledge of the product by other users.
- Marketing and communication strategy;
- Evaluation / Qualification of our products and services. By personalizing and evaluating our services, in addition to the content and layout of our website, we are able to bring better quality products and services;
- Information security and IT;
- HR routines;
- Adverts. Display personalized ads to the user based on the data provided;
- Commercial. The data is used to personalize the content offered and generate subsidies to the platform to improve the quality of the services.
- User profile prediction: automated processing of personal data to assess usage on the platform;
- Registration data. Allowing user access to certain content of the platform / site, exclusively for registered users;
- Contract data. Provide parties with legal certainty and facilitate the conclusion of the deal;
- To reorganize or make operational and managerial changes to the platform. The collected data will be used in the evaluation of eventual negotiations with third parties; for eventual internal reorganization, with the transfer of data to third parties (or their advisors) as part of a due diligence process with the purpose of analyzing a sale or reorganization proposal;
- Usage monitoring. We use your data to monitor activities and transactions in order to guarantee service quality, compliance with applicable laws, compliance with procedures and to combat fraud;

MH Internacional repudiates the use of personal data for discriminatory / abusive purposes and to obtain an economic advantage and in this way puts its positioning to its third parties.
The processing of personal data for purposes not provided for in this Privacy Policy will only occur upon prior notification to the user, so that the rights and obligations provided herein remain applicable.
SECTION 3 - WAYS OF COLLECTING USER AND VISITOR PERSONAL DATA
The personal data of the user and visitor are collected by the platform as follows:
- When the user creates an account / profile or registration on our platform / website: these data are the basic identification data, such as email, full name, phone number, etc. From them, we can identify the user and the visitor, in addition to ensuring greater security and well-being to their needs.
- When a user and visitor accesses pages on the site: information on interaction and access is collected by the company to ensure a better user and visitor experience. This data can deal with the keywords used in a search, the sharing of a specific document, comments, page views, profiles, the URL from which the user and visitor come from, the browser they use and their access IPs, among others that can be stored and retained.
SECTION 4 - DATA SHARING
MH Internacional may disclose your personal data to third parties upon specific authorization from the holder or in accordance with a court order.
Registration data and accounting and tax information may be shared with members of the XP Compliance corporate family with your consent.
The registration data may be shared with third party service providers with the intention of allowing the development of their respective activities and ensuring the improvement of services and operations. Always under contract with clauses that guarantee protection and confidentiality in data processing.
We share your data with partner companies that operate in the same line of supply of contracted services and marketing, in order to make payments and data processing feasible, as well as to make the product more relevant and efficient for its purpose.
SECTION 5 - WHERE WE STORE AND PROCESS YOUR DATA
The collected data can be stored and processed in Brazil and in any other country chosen to operate efficiently, improve performance and protect the data in the event of a failure or other problem.
SECTION 6 - CONTROLLER'S RESPONSIBILITIES AND SAFETY MEASURES
All data you provide to us is treated solely to achieve the purposes listed above. This data is stored on our secure servers or those of contracted suppliers, accessed and used in accordance with our security policies and standards. All traffic between our servers or between your computer and our servers is encrypted using secure SSL protocol or similar.
We take good practice measures and certifications on the market to ensure that the data we collect is processed in a safe manner wherever the data is located.
Access to your profile is exclusively your responsibility, using a password that allows you to access certain parts of the platform / course, and it is your responsibility to keep this password confidential and to comply with any other security procedures. We never ask for your password, and we ask that you do not share it with anyone.
The security and reliability of the devices you use to access our services, such as computers, cell phones, tablets or other devices, is your sole responsibility. You must endeavor to protect the operating systems of these devices from any external threats.
SECTION 7 - HOW LONG WILL WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
We will keep the information we collect from you until your final deletion request occurs. In this case, we will immediately stop using your data for commercial purposes, but we will store your data for up to 2 (two) years after the request, or as long as we have legal or judicial obligations to compose with such data.
MH Internacional stores its registration data and accounting and tax information for this minimum period legally determined to comply with the legal obligation imposed on us, even if its exclusion is requested by the data holder.
Data stored based on your consent will be kept in our database and processed in accordance with the purpose for which it was originally collected for the period set out in the consent form unless the holder revokes consent opposing the processing of the data.
If you re-register on the site / platform after requesting data deletion, we may return to using your stored data.
You can delete your account at any time. But, remember that comments, information, copies and reproduction of the content provided by you must be deleted by you at the published location.
SECTION 8 - DATA CONTROLLER DATA
Your data is managed by MH Internacional, and you can contact the person responsible for your data via email: atendimento@mhinternacional.net.
You also have the right to contact the Brazilian Data Protection Authority directly.
SECTION 9 - RIGHTS OF THE DATA HOLDER
The holder of personal data is entitled to obtain from the controller, in relation to the data of the holder treated by him, at any time and upon request:
I – Confirmation of the existence of treatment;
II – Access to data;
III – Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
IV – Anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary, excessive or treated data in disagreement with the provisions of this Law;
V – Data portability to another service or product supplier, upon express request, in accordance with the regulations of the national authority, subject to commercial and industrial secrets;
VI – Elimination of personal data treated with the consent of the holder, except in the cases provided for in art. 16 of the LGPD;
VII – Information from public and private entities with which the controller shared data use;
VIII – Information on the possibility of not providing consent and on the consequences of the refusal;
IX – Revocation of consent pursuant to & 5 of art. 8 of the LGPD.
SECTION 10 - HOW TO ACCESS AND CONTROL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You can cancel or unsubscribe in whole or in part from the platform with the express request of total deletion of your data, through the email: atendimento@mhinternacional.net.
You can also request information, changes, clarifications or deletion of your data through atendimento@mhinternacional.net. We will promptly exercise requests, in accordance with the applicable data protection law.
SECTION 11 - CONSENT
By using the products / services and providing personal information on the platform / website, the user is consenting to the present term.
The user, upon registering, expresses knowledge and can exercise his rights to cancel his registration, access and update his personal data and guarantees the veracity of the information made available by him.
The user has the right to withdraw his consent at any time, to do so he must contact us by e-mail atendimento@mhinternacional.net.
SECTION 12 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this document at any time, so it is recommended that the user and visitor review it frequently.
The changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after being published on the platform / website. When changes are made, users will be notified. By using the service or providing personal information after any changes, the user and visitor demonstrates their agreement with the new rules.
SECTION 13 - CONFLICT RESOLUTION JURISDICTION
For the settlement of disputes arising from this instrument, Brazilian law will be fully applied.
Any disputes must be submitted in the jurisdiction of the district in which the company’s headquarters are located.
